Operations Lead – Workflow Automation / RPA Operations
Hybrid (2 days onsite monthly), Newark, NJ

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee operational support, production stability, and process optimization for a large-scale workflow automation and robotic process automation environment.
This role will lead operational governance across enterprise workflow applications and hundreds of automation robots supporting critical business operations.
Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations for enterprise workflow and RPA platforms
  • Drive operational stability, monitoring, reporting, and ecosystem health
  • Manage production support activities and post-deployment operational readiness
  • Oversee reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational trend analysis
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support technical debt reduction and operational maturity initiatives
  • Lead and mentor operations teams supporting enterprise applications
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of operations leadership experience
  • Experience leading teams of 15-25+ resources
  • Strong enterprise application support background
  • Experience in workflow automation or RPA(Robotic Process Automation) environments
  • Strong understanding of operational reporting and production support processes
  • Agile and DevSecOps environment exposure preferred
  • IBM BPM / IBM BAW experience a plus
