Overview
In collaboration with patients, families (as defined by the patient) and staff across all disciplines and departments is responsible for performing selected clinical duties including administrative/clerical duties, basic patient care and/or performing administrative tasks associated with patient intake.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:Graduation from high school or equivalent.Completion of Medical Assistant Program & Externship or Licensed Vocation Nursing Program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:2 years' experience as a LVN in a clinical setting serving in a lead supportive role.3 years' experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinic setting serving in a lead supportive role.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
LVN: Current and unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse license in the State of Texas.
MA: Current Medical Assistant Certificate.
Current Health Care Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Will be required to maintain a current CPR certification during employment.
