Team Lead
Pay: $18.00/hour (includes shift premium)
Location: Elkhart, IN
Hours: Training on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). After training, regular schedule is 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Pro Resources is seeking a Team Lead to support printing press operations and final inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing production quality, supporting operators, and ensuring workflow efficiency on the floor.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor printing press equipment
- Perform minor troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Lead and support final inspection and packaging
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Ensure accurate production and inspection records
- Move materials between production and inspection areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support and guide team members on the floor
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience required; flexographic printing preferred
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read work orders and use tape measure/precision tools
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Forklift experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
