Pay Scale: $88, 741 – $110, 926 (Dependent on Experience)
What You'll Do:
· Daily Oversight: Monitor and ensure that daily manufacturing activities align
with project timelines and quality standards.
· Risk Management: Identify, assess, and escalate risks and issues to relevant
stakeholders in a timely manner.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration
among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with
regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
· Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and
issues to the project management team.
What We're Looking For:
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering,
Business Management).
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical
or manufacturing industry.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
