Team Captain / Professional Mover
Part-Time | Roseville, CA
College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Team Captains to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals with moving, driving, leadership, or customer service experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
$18–$30+ per hour (hourly pay, tips, bonuses, and performance incentives)
Requirements:
• Previous residential or commercial moving experience REQUIRED
• Experience driving box trucks with a valid driver’s license REQUIRED
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
Schedule:
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Monday–Friday with weekend availability as needed
• Flexible scheduling options available
What You’ll Do:
• Lead moving and junk removal crews on residential and commercial jobs
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive moving experience
• Safely load, unload, pack, and transport customer belongings
• Maintain professionalism and represent the College Hunks brand positively
• Work efficiently as part of a team while leading by example
