    What to expect. 

    This is a direct care opportunity to assist case managers in helping members reach personal goals in support of an improved quality of life.  

    Specific responsibilities include: 

    • Aiding in development of daily living skills including grocery shopping, personal hygiene, laundry, and maintenance or personal living space.  
    • Scheduling, transporting, and accompanying clients to medical appointments.  
    • Assisting with scheduled activities, groups, and community lunch, and facilitating lab runs.

    Pay for this position is a flat rate of $18.50/hr.

    What we need from you.  

    • A high school diploma or GED.  
    • Previous experience working with mentally ill adults and/or in teaching activities of daily living (ADL).  
    • A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
