- Assist in purchasing, packaging, and delivering product samples to clients and partners.
- Maintain an organized office environment, including inventory and showroom presentation.
- Support the Customer Service team by managing manuals, understanding inventory, and responding to requests.
- Provide administrative support like scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Collaborate on projects and handle additional office duties as needed.
- Qualifications include strong organizational skills, effective communication, multitasking ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work outside standard hours. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
