Responsibilities

  • Convert team-provided leads into clients and closed sales through consistent follow-up and expert consultation
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction
  • Provide expert advice on offers, pricing, and market strategy for both buyers and sellers
  • Use PLACE Technology to manage transaction details, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with fellow agents and leadership to maintain a high-performing culture

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado real estate license
  • Previous experience working as part of a real estate team is strongly preferred
  • Proven success converting leads provided by a team or brokerage
  • Comfortable and consistent working in a CRM to manage follow-ups and pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of accountability
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to team goals and systems
  • Organized, motivated, and committed to delivering excellent service
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to serve clients
  • Reliable transportation for in-person appointments and showings
