Description: Tier 2 Teaching Artists (PLAYteam) are creative educators who support and assist with Education Department programming at the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

Responsibilities: • Assist in facilitating theatre and Shakespeare related workshops and activities • Collaborate in educational material development • Model professionalism and positive engagement in school and community settings • Support the core Education Team as needed for education programming

Qualifications: • Interest in theatre, education, and Shakespeare • Comfortable working with students of all ages in group settings • Ability to collaborate, take direction and adapt as needed • Ability to take charge of a group and handle stressful situations • Clear communication and interpersonal skills • Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines and punctuality for all Tier 2 Teaching Artist commitments
