Valid California Multiple Subjects teaching credential or out of state equivalent or proof of eligibility for required credential. Proof of university internship eligibility is acceptable.
Letter of introduction Resume 3 letters of reference dated not more than 2 years ago, with actual signature (electronically signed or letters with no signature are not accepted)
