Responsibilities encompass developing lesson plans for various learning modalities, collaborating with special educators, implementing curriculum guidelines, utilizing technology, monitoring student achievement, managing behavior, and fostering a positive classroom environment.
Additional duties involve communicating with students, parents, and staff; participating in professional development; maintaining records; and performing extracurricular activities. The role requires professional and ethical conduct, adherence to policies, and flexibility in working hours and conditions.
