- Bachelor's degree required

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required

- Must have successful baseball coaching experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee, direct, and organize athletic programs
- Supervise/Mentor coaching staff
- Teach/Train athletes on basic fundamentals of the game
