1. To perform the functions of FDLRS HRD and Parent Services as assigned.
2. To perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner with a high standard of quality.
3. To perform such other tasks and assume such other responsibilities as the Administrator of Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources may assign.
4. Ability to plan, implement and analyze the development of function activities through collaboration with FDLRS Program Administrator, Advisory Committee, Coordinating Council and other appropriate personnel.
5. Participate and contribute to FDLRS HRD workgroup activities.
6. Knowledge with FDLRS facilitated and independent study online courses for professional learning (including all BEESS (Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services) Portal courses).
7. Ability to incorporate Florida?s Professional Development System Evaluation Protocol recommendations into local and regional professional development.
8. Align professional learning to Florida initiatives, BEESS strategic plan, district(s) professional development plans, and K-12 Reading Plans.
9. Coordination and collaboration with school district personnel, community agencies, education service providers and other stakeholders to plan, deliver, follow-up and evaluate databased professional learning at the regional and local levels.
10. Plan, coordinate and deliver quality state-of-the art professional learning in a variety of settings and formats including school-based professional learning communities, online courses, webinars and online conferencing and face-to-face professional learning opportunities.
11. Model, demonstrate, utilize, and integrate instructional and assistive technologies into professional learning experiences.
12. Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, coaching sessions, professional learning follow-up, and evaluation.
13. Design and develop quality products to support FDLRS initiatives and professional learning events.
14. Identify, collect analyze, and interpret student data.
15. Provide relevant and meaningful feedback when serving as a coach or mentor
16. Collaboration and coordination with FDLRS managers and function personnel to accomplish enter, regional, and state goals and objectives.
17. Implement state-of-the-art professional learning for instruction reform and inclusive education practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree with a minimum of five (5) year successful teaching experience with students with disabilities.
2. Valid Florida certification in an Exceptional Student Education (ESE) field.
3. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to the Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) Miccosukee service area (Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla).
4. Flexible work schedule to include night and weekends to meet the needs of districts and schools.
5. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to perform the functions of the position.

Salary: From 47500.00
