The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking a Teacher Consultant for the Visually Impaired to provide instructional services to students with a visual impairment or students with a visual impairment in combination with additional disabilities ages 0-26.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary: $52,361 - $92,683 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications

ROLE AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The Teacher Consultant for the Visually Impaired provides instructional services to students with a visual impairment or students with a visual impairment in combination with additional disabilities ages 0-26. The Teacher Consultant for the Visually Impaired provides pre-referral and consultation services to students, parents and staff. Conducts evaluations and provides information for Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team (MET) meetings, Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), Individualized Education Planning Team (IEPT) and related agencies.
