Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Teacher creates a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment with daily routines, activities, and child supervision. You will ensure the well-being of each child while promoting positive behavior, maintaining classroom organization, and complying with licensing and safety standards.
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
$17.98/hour
Primary Tasks:
- Help implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Guide and supervise children in daily routines and play.
- Help in keeping the classroom clean, safe, and organized.
- Support children during meals, toileting, and rest time.
- Help prepare materials for class and set up learning areas.
- Maintain records such as attendance and meal counts.
- Follow safety and licensing rules.
- Attend staff meetings and required trainings.
- Encourage positive behavior, help manage group activities, and communicate positively with children, families, and staff.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid driver''s license
- Willingness to obtain certifications
- Experience in a licensed child care settings
