At the School District of Marshfield, we're looking for someone just like you-a dedicated and caring Special Education Teacher Assistant who's ready to make a meaningful impact every single day. In this role, you'll support students with special needs across a variety of settings, helping to foster growth, confidence, and independence-both inside the classroom and beyond.

Location: Madison Elementary School, Marshfield, WI

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM (7.25 hours/day)

️ 30-minute duty-free lunch

Work Days: When school is in session

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Special Education teachers to support the academic and personal development of students

  • Assist with classroom instruction, behavioral support, and personalized learning plans

  • Provide care for students with physical needs (feeding, hygiene, mobility assistance, etc.)

  • Support student participation in general education settings, field trips, and community-based instruction

  • Help track student progress and assist in preparing classroom materials

  • Promote a welcoming and respectful school environment
