What are the responsibilities of a Tea Service Manager? - Communicate clearly and perform consistently while using the mission and values of the organization as your bossAnticipate guest needs proactively by noticing opportunities to wow each guest
- Be a leader in communication and collaboration each and every day making sure to effectively integrate the needs from multiple departments and service team member
- Lead a team that will focus first on causing delight for our guests by giving outstanding service consistently and following our established systems
- Passionately maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety at all times
- Own each shift consistently while energetically leading and coaching colleagues
- Take responsibility for recruiting and hiring great people, then developing them into Lucky Star staff members
- Take ownership of the financial aspects of the Tea Service including payroll, daily reports, food cost and wastage
- Create an environment where leaders are prompted to further develop their skills in order to grow
- Energetically being involved to all staff members meetings and education opportunities
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that our maintenance, training and sanitation standards are met at all times
What Skills and Experience are Desired for a Tea Service Manager? - Schedule availability to include tea hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 1pm-6pm, Thursday 10am-3:30pm, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 11am-7pm
