Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships.
• Support small business owners with tax planning strategies and compliance guidance.
• Coordinate effectively with remote team members in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of domestic tax experience or equivalent education.
• Strong knowledge of federal tax law, accounting principles, and tax practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using technology and collaborating with remote teams.
