Tax Senior – Greater Boston Area (Hybrid!) 

A boutique and well-established public accounting firm in the Greater Boston area is seeking an experienced Tax Senior to join its expanding team. This role offers exposure to a diverse client base, strong leadership visibility, and a collaborative environment with flexibility for hybrid work (2–3 days onsite).

Compensation: $150,000-175,000

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for:
  • Partnerships
  • High-net-worth individuals
  • Estates & trusts
  • S-Corps and closely held businesses
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines simultaneously
• Conduct tax research and assist with planning strategies
• Partner closely with clients and internal leadership on tax compliance and advisory matters
• Mentor and support junior staff members

Qualifications

• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience with partnership, individual, and estate/trust taxation
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Experience with tax software and Microsoft Excel
• Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite)
