Job Details
  • Prepare and review corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns of varying complexity
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff and interns
  • Conduct both basic and complex tax research
  • Assist with tax planning for businesses and individual clients
  • Serve as a resource for junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree (MST) or CPA licensure is a strong plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the tax department of a CPA firm
  • Strong, working knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code
  • Experience preparing and reviewing corporate, partnership, trust, and individual returns
  • Proven ability to perform tax research and support basic tax planning engagements
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with professional tax software
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Team-oriented with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
