Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Tax Principal or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
1. Managing and overseeing tax compliance and consulting engagements with high net worth clients and their related business entities, dental practice clients, and small healthcare practice clients.
2. Providing innovative tax planning strategies and compliance expertise to clients.
3. Reviewing complex tax returns including federal and multi-state returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
5. Leading, training, and mentoring junior staff members.
6. Collaborating with partners and staff on client engagements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's Degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience with an emphasis on taxation.
3. Proven experience in managing high net worth clients and their related business entities, dental practice clients, and small healthcare practice clients.
4. Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation, review experience a plus.
5. Exceptional client service skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
6. Excellent leadership, team building, and mentoring skills.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and budgets.
9. Proficient in tax software and technology.
