Are you an experienced Tax Preparer ready to take your career to the next level? Guardian Tax is seeking a Level 2 Tax Preparer for a year-round, in-office position. This role is perfect for professionals with strong business tax experience who want to make a real impact and grow with a supportive team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare Individual & Business Tax Returns – Handle business returns confidently while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work with Clients – Review documentation, gather necessary information, and guide clients through the tax preparation process.
- Maintain Accuracy & Organization – Prioritize cases and manage multiple returns efficiently.
- Problem Solving – Analyze tax situations and ask the right questions to ensure complete and accurate filings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of tax filing experience
- Proficiency in business tax returns is required
- Experience with Schedules A, B, C, D and Amendments
- Familiarity with PRO-Series tax software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Must have an Active PTIN
Pay & Benefits
- $18–$21per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses available
