    What You'll Do

    • Lead the delivery of tax, accounting, consulting, and advisory services to a diverse client base.
    • Review and sign complex federal and state tax returns.
    • Serve as the primary advisor for closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and middle-market clients.
    • Develop and expand client relationships while identifying additional service opportunities.
    • Drive new business development through referrals, networking, and strategic relationships.
    • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals at all levels.
    • Participate in hiring, performance reviews, compensation decisions, and succession planning.
    • Maintain technical excellence through continuing education and leadership within the profession.
    • Help shape firm initiatives, quality control standards, and strategic growth.


    Qualifications

    • Active CPA license required.
    • 10-15+ years of recent public accounting tax experience.
    • Extensive experience reviewing and signing complex tax returns.
    • Strong technical expertise in federal and state taxation.
    • Proven leadership managing multiple client engagements and developing high-performing teams.
    • Demonstrated success generating new business and expanding client relationships.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
