Tax Partner- High Net Worth
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance for individual, fiduciary, and related entity tax filings while mitigating risks.
- Develop and foster close relationships with clients and their advisors, providing exceptional service throughout the year.
- Identify opportunities for value added services for clients, including tax efficiencies, estate and gift planning and other related matters.
- Lead a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, professional growth, and client service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA required.
- 8+ years of experience specializing in HNW tax advisory, with leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws, estate and gift tax regulations, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of growing and managing a book of business.
- Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
This role is open to lower level candidates that are looking for the partner path.
Competitive annual salary in the range of $175,000 to $400,000+, based on individual’s experience level.
