QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting
  • Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and reporting
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience with tax software and financial systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance, including income, sales & use, and business taxes
  • Coordinate with external advisors (e.g., Big 4) on filings, audits, and tax notices
  • Prepare and review book-to-tax reconciliations, tax adjustments, and depreciation schedules
  • Execute apportionment calculations and track state-specific requirements
  • Oversee sales & use tax filings, reconciliations, and audit support
  • Administer business licenses, registrations, and renewals across jurisdictions
  • Manage tax data analysis and reporting, including partner distributions and leadership reporting
  • Identify tax risks, credits, and planning opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline tax processes and ensure compliance
