Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tax compliance for business entities (corporations, partnerships, LLCs) and high‑net‑worth individuals, including review and preparation of federal and state returns.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning opportunities to minimize client tax liabilities.
  • Lead and mentor tax staff, provide training, and review work for technical accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering sound tax advice and exceptional service.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure clients remain compliant with evolving tax laws.
  • Participate in new business development and contribute to proposals and client presentations.

Qualifications
  • CPA license required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive tax experience at a public accounting firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and multi‑state tax rules and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client‑service skills.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff.
