Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead all direct and indirect tax compliance, planning, and risk management across the U.S. and international
• 
  
• Identify and capture tax credits while reducing exposure and ensuring audit readiness
• 
  
• Centralize and standardize tax processes, documentation, and exemption management
• 
  
• Advise leadership on tax implications of acquisitions and business changes
• 
  
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize tax technology and reporting tools
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 5+ years of tax experience, including public accounting and/or multi-entity corporate experience
• 
  
• Broad tax expertise across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions;
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with tax tools
• 
  
• Proven ability to improve processes and implement scalable solutions
•
