They develop advanced knowledge in this niche while training and mentoring other staff members. The role works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA with 5+ years of experience in public accountingA thorough understanding of individual, partnership, S‑Corp, C‑Corp returns, research and general business planning knowledgeTechnical expertise in tax planning and execution for Real Estate clientsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting or related fieldProven ability to manage, mentor and develop staffStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsCompensation and BenefitsEstimated compensation range: $125,000 to $191,000 in the New York and California Metropolitan areas (actual compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, and location).
