Tax Manager - Private Credit - Boston - Hybrid 

A growing private credit firm is seeking aTax Manager to support accounting, reporting, and financial operations. This is a hands-on role within a lean, high-performing team, offering exposure to complex structures and a highly collaborative environment.

• Support day-to-day accounting operations
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors and assist with tax compliance and filings
• Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial reports and support consolidated reporting across multiple entities
• Reconcile investment accounts and support cash flow tracking across entities
• Improve processes where needed
• Assist with internal controls, documentation, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, private credit exposure highly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
