Seeking an experienced Tax Manager for a growing regional office in Overland Park.
Lead client relationships, support financial advisors, and help build a full-service tax practice.
Manage a portfolio of tax clients across various entity types, ensuring compliance and planning.
Collaborate with internal teams on strategies, processes, and quality control.
Assist in establishing and expanding the local tax practice, including hiring and mentoring.
Require 4–6+ years of tax experience, CPA license, and strong technical knowledge of federal and state taxes.
Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.
