Tax Manager – Non-Profit (cpa firm) – Hybrid

CPA firm seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing Not-for-Profit practice. This role will focus on providing tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations, public charities, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, religious organizations, and other nonprofit entities.

• Review Forms 990, 990-EZ, 990-PF, 990-T, and related state filings
• Review unrelated business income tax (UBIT) calculations and filings
• Research and analyze complex tax issues affecting exempt organizations
• Provide advisory services including: Private foundation compliance; Excess benefit transactions; Intermediate sanctions; Public support testing and; State charitable registrations
• Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff, seniors, and supervisors
