The Energy & Infrastructure group seeks an associate with at least 2 years of experience in financings and M&A related to power and energy transition transactions. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience with energy tax credit transactions, documenting and negotiating complex joint ventures, tax equity transactions, and tax credit transfers. Familiarity with partnership tax rules, drafting and negotiating tax provisions in partnership agreements, credit agreements, and purchase and sale documents is also desired.
