Tax Director - Public Accounting Firm (Onsite/Hybrid)

A growing mid-sized public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Director to fill a critical gap at the reviewer level within its South Florida office. This is a highly visible, client-facing role supporting high-net-worth individuals and pass-through entities.

Target Compensation: $150K–$180K base
Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Lead review of complex tax returns (1040s, 1065s, trusts, K-1s)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients
• Manage and mentor a team of seniors and supervisors
• Provide technical guidance and review feedback
• Collaborate closely with partners on client strategy and delivery

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA required
• Strong background in public accounting and tax
• Extensive experience reviewing complex returns
• Experience with HNW clients and pass-through entities
• Proven client-facing and relationship management skills
