Tax Director

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Tax Director with a global publicly traded technology company. This role will lead all aspects of US and International tax compliance, including federal, state, and foreign filings covering 18 countries. This role will lead global tax strategy, compliance, and reporting and will partner closely with finance and executive leadership to support business growth, optimize tax positions, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will oversee income tax provisions (ASC 740), support financial reporting requirements, develop and implement global tax strategies, manage transfer pricing policies, intercompany transactions, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA required (Master’s in Tax preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience with both public accounting and industry exposure
• Strong knowledge of US federal and international tax regulations
• Deep expertise in ASC 740, tax provision processes, and global compliance
• Experience within a technology or high-growth environment preferred

Salary $180-200k.
