The firm serves clients across a broad range of industries including manufacturing/distribution, real estate, construction, technology, transportation, private equity, financial services, staffing, and professional services.
Responsibilities
Review and approve complex tax returns and audit-related tax work
Ensure full compliance with federal and state tax laws and regulations
Lead tax research and strategic planning initiatives for clients
Serve as a senior technical resource for both staff and clients
Supervise, mentor, and develop tax team members at all levels
Collaborate with assurance and audit teams on large, complex client engagements
Qualifications
CPA license required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred
8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
Experience representing clients before tax authorities
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tax software (CCH ProSystem fx or similar) preferred
