We are hiring an experienced Commercial Appraiser for a full-time, benefited role focused on high-quality, independent appraisal work and valuation appeals at all levels.
Primary responsibilities include representing property owners in appeals, developing market value opinions using Cost, Sales Comparison, and Income Approaches, analyzing market trends, reviewing property data, evaluating assessor models, conducting inspections, and participating in hearings.
The ideal candidate holds an active Certified General Appraiser license, has commercial and multifamily appraisal experience, strong expertise in the Income Approach, and familiarity with property tax appeals.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. Prior ad valorem valuation experience is a plus.
