We are seeking Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to join a growing team supporting mission-driven work. This role focuses on analyzing digital network data, developing target profiles, and enabling collection strategies to support operational priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity and develop comprehensive target profiles  
  • Apply principles and methods for exploiting communications systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate intelligence  
  • Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence and support target development efforts  
  • Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis  
  • Perform sustained target analysis using DNI and DNR analytic techniques to identify follow-on collection opportunities  
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend adjustments to current or future collection strategies  
  • Support target discovery, development, and collection triage activities  
  • Utilize analytic tools and customer systems to run queries and extract mission-relevant data 

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) missions as a Target Digital Network Analyst or in a related role
  • Experience with software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development
  • Ability to run DNI and DNR queries using customer tools
  • Understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing
  • Foundational knowledge of SIGINT collection
  • Experience supporting target discovery and collection triage

  • High school diploma or GED + 6 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience

Level 2

  • High school diploma or GED + 9 years of relevant experience, OR
  • Associate’s degree + 7 years of relevant experience, OR

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
