What You'll Do as a Tank Refurbishing Technician

• Restore steel propane tanks through pressure washing, blasting, priming, and painting to get them ready for service.
• Work with your hands cutting, threading, welding, and fabricating components used in propane system projects.
• Keep equipment running by helping maintain tools, vehicles, and other company assets.
• Stay organized by assisting with parts inventory and making sure materials are ready when the team needs them.
• Pitch in where needed to help keep projects moving and support the success of the team.
• Travel: Occasionally join the installation team on select out-of-state projects and gain exposure to a variety of propane system installations.
• Work safely every day by following company safety procedures and looking out for your teammates.

Our Ideal Tank Refurbishing Technician

• Mechanically Inclined: Experience in construction, welding, heavy equipment operation, propane systems, or other skilled trades is a plus. However, we are willing to provide hands-on training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career.
• Dependable: Shows up ready to work, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in doing the job right.
• Safety-Minded: Understands the importance of safe work practices and looks out for both personal safety and the well-being of teammates.
• Physically Capable: Comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces while wearing required PPE.
• Committed to Quality: Values hard work, attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork while contributing to a positive, safety-focused culture.
