Kforce has a client in Augusta, GA that is seeking a Talent Support Specialist. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support talent operations, including tracking workforce data such as availability, utilization, and assignment timelines
  • Coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Analyze and summarize data to support workforce planning, performance tracking, and decision-making
  • Maintain visibility into talent pipelines and proactively support resource allocation to meet business needs
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on roles, candidate status, and workforce availability
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Track and maintain timekeeping, time off, and related records in accordance with company policies
  • Support performance management activities, including check-ins, documentation, and review cycles
  • Maintain accurate records of performance, feedback, and key workforce activities
  • Develop and track key metrics related to talent operations, utilization, and hiring effectiveness
  • Prepare reports and communicate insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardization
  • Document workflows, maintain systems and tools, and support process improvements across operations
  • Assist with cross-functional initiatives and project coordination as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in talent operations, workforce planning, resource management, or related support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform decisions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings and drive accountability
  • Ability to build relationships while holding stakeholders accountable to timelines
  • Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiency
  • High level of attention to detail, ownership, and accountability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
