Location: New York, NY

Compensation
Local Pay: $33–$36/hr ($1,237 – $1,350 weekly) based on experience
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruitment operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for a variety of positions, including hard-to-fill and specialized roles. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing experience in hospital or healthcare settings and expertise recruiting for finance-related positions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, ATS systems, job boards, networking events, and social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and interest level
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers for further consideration
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Mine internal databases and external sourcing platforms to identify passive candidates
- Attend networking events, job fairs, and recruiting initiatives to support talent acquisition efforts
- Assist with onboarding support and recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-fill metrics
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of talent sourcing experience within a hospital or healthcare setting required
- Prior recruiting experience for finance-related positions required
- Experience working with ATS platforms such as Taleo preferred
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn sourcing, and online recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and candidate relationship management skills
