The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Pipeline Architect to join our Gulfport-area network. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for qualified candidates who have already applied or been referred to us. Your mission is to screen these individuals via phone, track their progress in our CRM, and guide them through a straightforward remote onboarding process. There is no cold calling or telemarketing involved—every lead is pre-warmed and ready for your professional touch.

What You Will Do

• Conduct phone-based interviews and assessments with pre-screened candidates.
• Log candidate interactions and milestones into our CRM system daily.
• Shepherd candidates through paperwork, compliance checks, and orientation steps from a distance.
• Maintain a steady flow of qualified talent for our client fleets.

What You Need to Succeed

• A reliable computer, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to operate as a corporate entity (LLC with EIN). If you do not have one, we provide step-by-step guidance during training to set it up.
• Strong phone communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivation to work from your home office in or near Gulfport.
