  • Support internal mobility processes by tracking internal talent pools, career interests, open opportunities, movement trends, employee readiness, and development actions.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support visibility of internal talent pipelines and strengthen alignment between internal mobility and external hiring activity.
  • Partner with Learning & Development by sharing insights from performance outcomes, succession planning, and talent data to help inform development priorities.
  • Create and maintain process guides, FAQs, standard operating procedures, manager toolkits, employee communications, and governance documents.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, enhance user experience, and strengthen governance.
  • Provide reliable day-to-day support to the Talent & Performance Manager on key initiatives, reporting, stakeholder follow-ups, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience supporting performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual reviews, calibration, reporting, communications, and completion tracking.

  • Ability to prepare clear communications, presentations, process documents, manager guidance, and employee-facing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential talent and performance information appropriately.
  • Strong execution discipline, ownership, follow-through, and ability to operate independently on defined priorities.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
