The Talent Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all pre-employment onboarding activities to ensure a seamless, compliant, and positive hiring experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers, supporting the full onboarding process from offer acceptance through employee start date. Key responsibilities include employment eligibility verification (I-9), background screening, Level 2 fingerprinting, employee badging, access administration, and onboarding compliance. This position partners closely with Human Resources, Security, Information Technology, Employee Health, and department leaders to ensure all new employees are fully prepared for their first day.
Required Qualifications:- Require associate degree in business or related field. Additional relevant work experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the degree.
Require minimum of one (1) year of recent related experience. Prefer Human Resources or Employment Office experience in a similar sized organization, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Prefer excellent customer skills and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of staff and the public, both in person and by telephone.
- Prefer demonstrated knowledge of PC/software applications and word processing skills.
