As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, we are seeking a strategic and collaborative Talent Management Business Partner, U.S. & Canada, to support our professional and manufacturing operations across the United States and Canada. This role will serve as a key liaison between business leaders and the Global Talent Management function, ensuring the successful implementation of talent strategies that align with both regional priorities and global objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape in the U.S and Canada.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in HR with exposure to talent management, succession, and/or talent development. Experience supporting the growth and development of both salaried professionals and hourly production employees in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong understanding of talent development frameworks and performance management systems. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. 5-15% travel required. Excited to work in the office with great teammates. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred: Demonstrated success in driving talent initiatives across diverse business environments in the U.S. and Canada. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a plus.
Full-Time Salary Range: $97,500 - $110,000
