Summary:
- Duration: 4 months (with possible extension)

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team member and team leader orientations.
- Support new leader onboarding and alignment.
- Engage in change management for the new performance management system.
- Manage key milestones of the performance evaluation process during May–September.
- Identify, validate, and deploy a leadership competency model to support strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in leadership and organizational development.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of instructional design and product development.
- Successful program and project management skills.
- Ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced, ever-changing, and complex environment.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development.
- Experience working in healthcare for at least one (1) year.
- DiSC Certification required.
Preferred Skills:
- Coaching certification(s) preferred.
