We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Talent Consultant / Recruiting Associate to join our growing staffing organization in Marlborough, MA.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping candidates move forward in their careers. You will work directly with leadership to engage job seekers, present opportunities, and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process from first conversation through successful start date.
This is a phone-driven, relationship-focused role.
Success comes from communication, follow-up, organization, and the ability to confidently move candidates from interest → commitment → start.
No prior recruiting experience is required — we will teach recruiting and compliance processes. What matters most is comfort on the phone, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow.
Respond to inbound applicants from Indeed and other job platforms
Conduct phone conversations to understand candidate goals and qualifications
Perform warm outbound outreach to candidates identified through searches
Present job opportunities and help candidates decide on next steps
Maintain consistent follow-up to keep candidates engaged
Manage multiple candidates at different hiring stages
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with hiring teams
Help candidates overcome obstacles during the hiring process
Confirm start dates and maintain ongoing communication
Guide candidates through onboarding requirements including:
Background checks
Drug screens
Employment documentation
Compliance or credentialing requirements
Ensure candidates complete required steps on time
Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking
