From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries.\n \nMajor Responsibilities\n\n Recruitment Process:\n Own end-to-end recruitment\n Coordinate, maintain, and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process\n Maintain accurate candidate data within the company ATS (Workday)\n Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job postings\n Partnering with TA COE and coordinate efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and organizational needs to meet hiring targets\n Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies\n \n\n Candidate Sourcing/Assessment:\n Actively source talent to ensure a strong and diverse candidate pool\n Facilitate job posting and advertisement processes\n Screen candidates to ensure basic technical qualifications are met before sharing candidates with hiring managers\n Assist in facilitation of the interview and debrief process\n \n\n Offer:\n Aligning candidate with available role/comp\n Collaborate with the candidate to align on offer details (Pay, Start Date, etc.)\n Collaborate with the hiring manager and human resources to align on offer details (Pay, Start Date, etc.)\n \n\n Employer Branding:\n Support career fairs, and hiring events\n Ambassador of the Generac brand\n \n\n \nMinimum Job Requirements\n \nEducation\n\n Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience\n \nWork Experience\n\n 6 months of relevant recruiting or human resources experience\n \nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\n\n Basic written and verbal communication skills\n \nPreferred Job Requirements\n \nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities\n\n Strong verbal and written communication skills\n Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders\n Excellent relationship-building skills.\n Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.\n Strong organizational and time management skills.\n Ability to prioritize workload\n High level of accuracy in managing candidate information and recruitment documentation.\n Thorough approach to screening and evaluating candidates.\n Ability to identify and assess recruitment challenges\n Proactive and resourceful approach to finding solutions\n Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities\n Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment\n* Ability to work in ambiguity\n \nPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
