Description
Kforce's client in Bowie, MD is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to support full-cycle recruitment efforts for a growing global program. This role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with client and organizational requirements. Talent acquisition functions commonly include candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer support, and recruitment process coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate evaluations to identify qualified talent
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
- Assist with offer preparation, compensation discussions, and onboarding activities
- Draft and tailor candidate resumes/CVs to align with client and proposal requirements
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and applicant tracking records
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, client requirements, and recruiting processes
- Provide recruitment reporting and market insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting proposal-based or project-focused recruiting
- Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
