Additional duties involve developing business leads, maintaining client relationships, maximizing billable hours, and handling administrative tasks.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of sales experience, proficiency in MS Office, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Prior staffing or supervisory experience is a plus. The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
