The Talent Acquisition Strategist partners with leaders across the organization in all functional areas to support the effective and timely recruitment and onboarding of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to quickly build credible and trusting relationships and will be extremely customer focused. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred. High school or equivalent required.
2-4 years' experience in high volume recruiting required.
Human Resources generalist background strongly preferred; equivalent experience and education will be considered.
Regulatory
Minimum 21 years of age
Must possess and maintain a valid DPS Level I fingerprint clearance card
